Dan Karaty
Born Daniel Quinn Karaty on October 1, 1976, this American entertainer has built a multifaceted career spanning television, film, and the world of professional dance. His choreographic talents have been sought after by some of music's biggest names, including Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Jessica Simpson, and *NSYNC, for whom he has both performed and created routines.
Karaty is perhaps most recognized for his role as a judge and choreographer across the international *So You Think You Can Dance* franchise. He has lent his expertise to the American, Australian, and Canadian editions, while serving as a permanent fixture on the judging panel of the Dutch-Belgian version since its inaugural season. His television presence extends beyond dance competitions, as he has also judged or mentored on shows like *X Factor*, *Holland's Got Talent*, and *Belgium's Got Talent*. He also created and executive-produced the series *The Ultimate Dance Battle*.
