Bandhanaya (2017)

In 2017, Sri Lankan cinema unveiled *Bandanaya*, a black-and-white horror film directed by Udayakantha Warnasuriya. The story stars Cyril Wickramage, Hemal Ranasinghe, and Dulani Anuradha, with supporting roles from Swinetha Weerasinghe, Nilmini Thennakoon, and Ravindra Yasas. Nadun Rathnayake composed the score. Released in 50 CEL circuit theaters and 12 3D screens, its trailer debuted in October 2016, and the premiere took place at Colombo's Regal Theatre. It stands as the 1273rd Sinhala film.
