The Chicken (2014)
For her sixth birthday, Selma receives a live chicken as a gift. Upon discovering that the bird is meant to be slaughtered for the family's meal, she resolves to rescue it and set it loose. What she doesn't realize is just how much danger this single act of mercy will unleash.
