HIM (2021)
Three interwoven tales unfold over a single day in Oslo. Harald, an eleven-year-old boy, finds himself perpetually on the fringes, unseen by classmates, teachers, and family. Emil, thirty and jobless, seethes with resentment, looking down on all around him. Petter, a celebrated sixty-year-old screenwriter, dreams of crafting a film about explorer Fridtjof Nansen. Each man and boy endures a painful social and emotional descent, offering a stark examination of modern masculinity in Norway.
