When Ika encounters lifeguard Gorō Arashiyama, she’s immediately put off—he doesn’t match her lofty image of a true sea guardian. To prove her point, she tries to drown him, but her stunt backfires when it keeps him from rescuing a child caught in a rip current. Forced to step up, Ika saves the girl herself. Later, spotting a birthday celebration sparks a new desire in Ika, prompting the Aizawa sisters to throw her a party with fireworks. Then she meets Aiko’s friend Sanae Nagatsuki, whose unsettling fascination leads to a forced cosplay session for Sanae’s private photo stash.
