When Ika comes down with a fever, she’s convinced it’s a rare Squidgirl ailment that demands a steady diet of shrimp. Eiko steps in to keep her from indulging until she recovers, but temptation proves tricky. Meanwhile, the mystery of the fins on Ika’s hat sparks a group investigation into their true purpose. She also clashes with one of Takeru’s friends in a spirited argument about the art of sandcastle building. Later, Ika grows utterly captivated by umbrellas, convinced they’re the ultimate hidden weapons.
