James is bubbling with excitement, convinced that he’s about to land a lucrative job. However, during the interview, he discovers that he’s too old to qualify for the company’s union. Meanwhile, Florida and the kids, caught up in their enthusiasm, prepare a surprise celebration for James, completely unaware that he has been turned down for the position.
