Jimmy Gibson and his older brother Bill are on a flight to America with Mitch the monkey when disaster strikes and their plane goes down. The Air Sea Rescue team struggles to locate their life raft amidst the thick fog. Meanwhile, at Black Rock Laboratory, the brand-new Supercar is prepared for its first mission. Mike Mercury takes to the skies to embark on a daring rescue of the stranded trio.
