Corky is busy assisting the zoo with its charity auction. Murphy's struggle with cancer has prompted her to reflect on the importance of seizing opportunities. When a coveted auction item—conducting a symphony orchestra—becomes available, it sparks a bidding war between Murphy Brown and Olivia Newton-John. In the meantime, Doris informs Jim that it’s time to proceed with their divorce, but Murphy urges him to stand up for his marriage and fight for Doris.
