At 19, Minato Sahashi is brilliant but stuck—he's failed his college entrance exams twice, and everyone around him treats him like a failure. Then a stunning supernatural woman named Musubi literally drops out of the sky into his life. She's a Sekirei, an alien being with incredible powers. Sensing the Ashikabi gene inside him, Musubi kisses Minato, forging a bond between them. This throws him into the dangerous Sekirei Plan, a survival battle where he and Musubi must fight other pairs.
