Julio, an adorable dancer from the area, makes a special appearance on Shake It Up, Chicago!, capturing the attention of Rocky, CeCe, and Tinka, who each develop a crush on him. He invites each of them to hang out, leading them to all converge at Crusty's Pizza Parlor the following day, each thinking they have a date. Meanwhile, Henry steps in as the substitute teacher for Flynn’s class, leaving Flynn torn between teasing his friend or being supportive. Additionally, Dina begins to lure away Deuce's customers by enticing them with better offers.
