An escaped convict snatches Wheezer, believing he's a flight medic, and forces him to treat a wounded accomplice. Trapped with two dangerous felons, Wheezer scrambles to keep the patient alive while secretly working to shield himself and his team from the volatile criminals before things spiral out of control.
