Ehimen and Kemi are eager to turn house flipping into their full-time endeavor. After selling their home, they’re ready to invest their life savings for a fresh start. They enlist the help of realtor and flipping specialist Egypt Sherrod, who guides them through the process. However, the couple quickly realizes that sticking to their budget may require them to take risks in their search for the ideal first flip. At a courthouse auction, Egypt’s bidding tactics prove successful. As they renovate the exterior, Kemi surprises Ehimen with a revelation, but their fatigue grows as they uncover a major issue that leads to an even more expensive problem.
