Jane tries to set aside her personal relationship troubles as she tackles a custody case for a man who has been dealing with amnesia for nearly a decade. Meanwhile, Kim and Parker are on the case of a female author who is fighting to maintain ownership of her male pseudonym, Jonathan Martin. Fred unintentionally becomes Kim's new assistant, while Grayson takes charge of arranging a memorial gathering to honor Deb’s birthday.
