As the finale draws near, Pâtisserie Week raises the stakes. For the Signature challenge, the bakers must pull off a risky balancing act: crafting beautifully decorated custard pies. Then, in the Technical round, Paul and Prue throw the contestants a curveball with a mysterious, fiendishly complex French pastry.
