In the wake of a rabbi's murder in 1990, law enforcement officials uncover a terrorist group operating out of Brooklyn that has ties to Osama bin Laden. By 1993, the members of this cell manage to detonate an explosive at the World Trade Center, resulting in the tragic deaths of six individuals.
