Mr Bean is miserable. Not a single person has remembered his birthday, and to rub salt in the wound, Mrs Wicket is throwing a loud, raucous party directly beneath his flat. The thumping music and cheerful laughter only deepen his gloom, leaving him feeling completely overlooked and sorry for himself.
