Batman and Commissioner Gordon set up a satellite dish atop the GCPD, granting them access to an endless stream of television channels. What begins as a simple technological upgrade soon becomes a nightly ritual, as the two bond over everything from cheesy sitcoms to late-night news. But their downtime is short-lived—when a signal jammer disrupts the airwaves, they must race to restore the feed before Gotham's criminals exploit the blackout.
