S1E8 Hog Wild

Fire up the smoker and get ready to go whole-hog! We're mastering a wood-burning rotisserie to spin a coffee-crusted pork loin, finished with a rich redeye barbecue sauce. Then, we're tackling a herbed pork shoulder, served with a peppery West Virginia mustard sauce that brings the heat. After that, we're curing and hickory-smoking a spectacular shoulder ham from scratch. And to round it all out, we're whipping up a smoky barbecued cabbage loaded with chorizo and smoked cheese for the ultimate side dish.
